Delivery and Orders

What delivery options do I have?

FREE Standard delivery in Europe over 70 EUR

 

Standard Delivery: 5.99 EUR

We will deliver your purchase within 3-8 days after receiving your order confirmation. We deliver with UPS, Monday-Friday 8:00-17:00, except bank holidays. We offer free shipping on all orders above 70 euro, which are delivered inside Europe.

 

Express Delivery 10 EUR:

If you need your next favourite Belmanetti item earlier...You can select our express delivery service at checkout and your purchase will be delivered within 2 working days. We don't deliver on public holidays, so your order will be delivered on the next working day.

 

If you’ve placed multiple orders on the same day using the same delivery method, your orders may be shipped in one parcel. 

Delivery and shipping is only possible to these countries: Germany, Austria, France, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Czech Republic, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia. 

 

If you would like to purchase outside these countries please contact us via email, and we will inform you, when we start shipping to the country in question. More request we got, sooner we will put your country in our delivery list!

 

Any orders placed on Monday-Friday after 11pm or over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed on public holidays will be processed the following working day which can add one more day to delivery times.

 

Please make sure to always check your address before completing an order. If you would like to change your address, please contact us. We start processing your order quickly which means we can’t make any changes once the actual delivery process has been started.

 

In exceptional cases it is possible, that an item is already out of stock at the time you place your order, so we only start the delivery process, if your order is available, and your payment is excepted.

Where is my order?

As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order.

 

Waited until your estimated delivery date?

Our carriers are always doing their best to get your order to you. Make sure you keep an eye on your tracking link for the latest updates, but if you are experiencing any delays, please contact us, our team is always happy to help!

Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box address?

We do not ship to PO boxes.

 

Can I have my order delivered to my work address?

We can deliver to your permanent residential address or your place of employment, if your choosing the last option, please be confident that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods.

 

What happens if I'm not in when my order arrives?

We may need a signature, therefore someone should be home when your parcel is due. However, don't worry if this isn't possible as our delivery partner usually tries to deliver one more time.

 

Are sold out items available again at a later date?


In some case yes, but it is not possible for us to provide information on the possibility. As soon as a size/colour combination is in stock, it will be shown in our online shop immediately.

 

 

Right of withdrawal

You always have the right to withdraw from your order within 30 days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is counted from the day of the delivery of the last good(s) in your order.

We will refund all payments received from you, except the costs of our delivery.
