Easy Returns & Exchanges
We really hope you love what you ordered, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we make returns and exchanges as easy as possible.
Free First Return or Exchange
Good news! Your first return or exchange is completely free. We’ll take care of the return shipping costs for you. If you need to return or exchange more items after that, it’s no problem—just keep in mind there’s a small return fee of 8.99 EUR for any additional returns, which will be deducted from your refund.
How to Return or Exchange Your Order
We’ve made returns and exchanges simple with our partner, Aftership. Here’s how it works:

Start Your Return
Go to our Return Portal to register your return. Just fill in your order number, name, address, and tell us why you’re returning the item. -
Pack Your Items
Put the items you’re returning back in the packaging they came in, or another secure box. Make sure the items still have their tags attached and are in perfect condition. -
Hand Over Your Parcel
A courier will collect the package right from your door. They’ll bring a return label and give you a receipt. Hold onto that receipt—just in case. -
We’ll Confirm Your Return
Once we get the package back in our warehouse, we’ll send you a confirmation email. It might take up to 10 days, but we’ll work to process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.
Refunds & Exchanges
- If you paid by credit card or PayPal, your refund will go back to that method.
- If you paid by cash, provide us with your bank account info and we’ll transfer the refund directly to your account.
For exchanges, your first exchange is free, and we’ll send out your new item as soon as possible. If you need to exchange again, the 8.99 EUR fee applies.
What Can Be Returned?
Here’s what you need to know about eligible returns:
- Items must be unworn and have all their tags attached.
- Final sale items (discounted by 30% or more) cannot be returned.
- Gift cards and gift boxes aren’t eligible for return.
What About Damaged or Faulty Items?
We stand behind our products, so if you received something damaged or defective, we’ve got you covered:
- We’ll happily replace it for free or give you a full refund (including shipping costs).
- Just contact our customer service team and we’ll get it sorted.
Holiday Returns
Got a holiday gift? Purchases made between November 10 and December 24 can be returned up until January 10—plenty of time to make sure your gift is just right.
